Would i be able to use the Motorola A555 DeVour Verizon Silver Cell Phone for us cellular?

my contract hasn't ended at us cellular an i want to buy a new phone an i found this one on overstock, its a cdma phone which i heard that us cellular only works with cdma phones not gsm phones because it doesn't have a memory card. i was wondering if i would be able to activate it on my contract if i got it? i need to know ASAP
