Why are humans so inefficient with water?

During the course of human evolution, water has been plentiful and available enough that humans haven't needed to be as efficient with water as some other mammals. This includes water in foods, such as fruits. Sweating is a human adaptation that aids in thermoregulation, which uses water but allows humans to be more active in warmer environments, so they were able to expand their home range. When water consumption is limited, the kidneys respond by producing more concentrated urine, thus conserving some water.

Aren’t both Republicans and Democrats responsible for this government shutdown?

Yes they are. People who toe the party line are so concerned with opposing the other side that they have completely stopped working for the people. Bi-partisan politics are destroying America. Not to mention that most people who would label themselves as Rep. or Dem. are incapable of thinking for themselves and are only proficient at parroting the ideas of others. How do you think it would go over if you stopped going to work because you didn't get your way? I'm just looking forward to watching it all fall apart and enjoying the aftermath.

in a way yes because it is more financially viable for them to make what they have been doing for decades than to invest money into research to find better alternatives. the second part... i doubt it buts its possible, you can't trust the government

Do you believe that quantum teleportation will be used to explore the Cosmos?

It seems to me that using spaceships to visit other parts of the Cosmos is grossly inefficient. Laboratory tests have shown that is possible to send information instantly from one part of the universe to another no matter how distant two points are. I believe that accessing hyperspace is the only way to "travel" to the stars. One must turn themselves into information in order to achieve quantum teleportation since it is not matter that is transmitted but information. It is interesting to note that computing power is exponentially increasing and that many scientists are infact working on encoding humans into digital form. This is the first step in accessing hyperspace and achieving quantum teleportation. What do you think about all this?

My lamp says I need a 300 Watt or less, 120 V, Type T bulb, should I get a new lamp or what?

good lord....300W bulb? are you trying to install a parking lot light in your house? even a 120w bulb is way more than enough id say.
