Verizon Internet cancellation/ Good ISP?

To cancel service, call: 1-800-VERIZON . Comcast has really fast internet (I know because I have it) for only $29.99 a month for six months (you even get a FREE security program and 2GB of online storage). And, according to my research Verizon does not record the sites you visit.
