What do you guys think about Solar, wind and Nuclear energies?

I read that Solar and Wind ways to get energy are very inefficient, it cost a lot of money to do it, and it doesn't produce as much energy as other sources. I think Nuclear is the best way to get energy,its safe for environment(unlike coal, oil which damage the ecology), not very expensive, and produces a lot f energy compare to Solar,Wind, but people are scared from what happened in Japan, but I still think it safe, due to Japanese build their Plant by ocean, and it was not right place as we saw( God please save those people)!
