Do Xtians chose to go to Duat because they feel they deserve it?

Deep down do Xtians chose Duat for eternity as they feel they deserve to go either due to low self-esteem? or because they feel so guilty for not being on the side of Ma'at and trying to fight her that they feel their soul deserves to be devoured?
