How to get a cardio exercise when it's raining?

I live in Orlando, Florida where it rains all the time during summer in the afternoons, how can I still get a good cardio exercise without going outside, Florida is Also the lightning capital of the world so don't say run in the rain :) I also don't have a treadmill and my parents are to cheap to buy one.
