Pageplus and my droid?

My friend gave me his Driod Devour, he previously had it on a full data smartphone plan and all. so its previously been activated with verizon. now that is no longer, does anyone know how i can activate this with pageplus? i don't "need" data nessecarily, because i have wifi in most areas where i would be using it anyway. so thanks! best answer goes to the first one that works!
