So I wake up in the morning and find my floor covered in a layer of ****. For the purpose of this question, (and to refrain from using inappropriate words) I shall refer to it as Poo. I've gone through a similar experience as you (not the same criteria, but similar idea) the entire friendship is one sided. It's never a good thing to have, friendships are supposed to be two sided. I'm guessing you spoke to the friend in question about your feelings and how you feel, and still she refuses or forgets to change. My friend made me obese?

I know all the details because my friend confessed and told me all this yesterday. So im a guy, 15 and it basically started last year when my friend started lending me some money when I forgot my wallet so I could buy a snack from the vending machine. Then he started coming with me to the vending machine and offering to pay for my snack everyday. He then started buying me two snacks everyday even though I didn't ask and just said I could pay him back next time we went into town or something. So for a few weeks he would buy me two or three snacks everyday and needless to say the increase in calories was beginning to show. My friend said it really started when this happened as he saw me in swimming and noticed I looked chubbier. But it got worse over the next few months, he started buying me more and more snacks and with an increasing appetite and him being so nice I just happily ate. Every two weeks we would go into town to mcdonalds and he suggested an eating contest where the winner got to eat all the food and the loser had to pay for it. As I was getting bigger I always won and found myself eating 5 extra large big macs, fries, ice cream and feeling generally stuffed by the end. At school he would buy me extra snacks to take home and for the weekend in case I got hungry. When I went round to his house he always had plenty of snacks in and we always pigged out, me especially as I got bigger I began to lose control of my appetite, there was a point where I knew I was putting on weight, but I felt so hungry that I wanted more. On my birthday we spent the day in town shopping, I asked if we could get lunch and snacks but he said no, I moaned all day about how hungry I was but he said we wern't eating. Then when we got back to his house he had 3 birthday cakes, biscuits, chocolate and eclairs and said it was my birthday feast which I devoured like a pig. By new year of this year I had just hit the 200lbs mark. As of today I weight 230lbs. Yesterday was our annual yearly fitness test. Not surprisingly there was a lot to say for mine considering I can barely jog now. My teacher told me I had gained 80lbs in a year and my fitness had gone from average weight to morbidly obese. These words made me and my friend stop and think. I had been happy being overweight and he didn't mind making me fat. But when I told him I was morbidly obese and how much I weigh he said it was time to stop, he had just wanted me to get a bit fat for fun but it had got out of hand and now it had to stop. Now what do I do? I know most of you will say lose the weight but any advice?

Situation with friend and her husband?

Recently I went out with a close girlfriend who's husband is starting up a business. Are Medicare and Medicaid unconstitutional?

In my opinion, they are. According to the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution, all functions not explicitly designated to the federal government should be left to the state governments. Medicare and Medicaid violate the Tenth Amendment because they're FEDERAL programs and the Constitution doesn't say anything about the federal government having the authority to provide health care for the poor and elderly. If Medicare and Medicaid should exist at all, it should be on a STATE level, NOT a federal one. It should be up to the states to decide how to deal with the poor and elderly. Many people are scared that if we take the federal government out of Medicare and Medicaid, people are going to be left to die on the streets. But, I think the opposite is true. I think states can do a much more productive job of managing the poor and the seniors than the federal government EVER can. If you don't believe me, look at how inefficient, expensive, and unsustainable Medicare and Medicaid are RIGHT NOW with the federal government's CURRENT role in them! If we bring these programs to a state level where they belong, surely they can't get any worse, right? So, why not give it a try?

My dog is pooping out a brown jelly-like substance with some specks of blood?

Okay, I am super worried. The vet is closed already so I'm gonna take her tomorrow. My dog has been like this for 4 days straight & she kept me up ALL night taking her out every hour of the night. She poops out a jelly like substance that literally looks like egg whites but is brown. Today I discovered some red specks of blood on it. It's not a lot but she does go out a lot so it adds up. I did change her food to the wellness brand & I made her try the 3 types for allergies. The duck & rice and salmon & rice didn't cause this but the lamb & rice is triggering something & honestly this one she eats without a problem. She's been off of her other food for 5 months onto this brand but I haven't seen her devour her kibble like she has with the lamb & rice one. I've also been seeing her eat grass outside so can that be the problem. Please help I'm freaking out!

I start yelling at it to halt its activities, but instead, it turned around and said "Game Over, BOY!" in an Arnold Schwarzenegger accent. Then, I grab some dude (from thin air i guess? I dunno how these dreams work) and force him to start eating the dog poo, which by now has reached my chest. I realized that my plan has been futile once the guy starts pooing as well. (He eats the poo, then shits the poo out again...thus no work is being done to remove the poo from my house) I, in desperation waded through the poo to the balconey window (I live in an apartment) and tried to open it. While all this is happening, the dog is doing somersaults in his poo, and having the time of his life while laughing at my futile attempts. My friend then comes along. For the purposes of this question, I will refer to him as Saeid. So Saeid brings along his particle assembly machine and turns the poo into diamonds which he then distributes to the world and causes massive inflation...I drop the dog down my balconey window, and while he drops I hear him say, "Ill be BACK!" in that Arnold Schwarzenegger voice again. National Credit Adjusters keeps calling my phone saying that they are a third party collection agency attempting to collect a debt. $450 dollars is what they say i am to owe. We all have our favorite ways of catching fish. So whats yours. The simple slurp of a big trout on fly line?? The tap tap, then screaming hook set on bigger fish. The river drift worm or spawn bag that just gets nailed? The bobber shooting under and running before you can even set the hook? I don't believe in cooking different things for different people when it comes to dinner. I cook what I cook and everybody eats it. I like the way my mom handled the picky situation....if there was something on the table that we didn't particularly like, she would only put a little bit on our plate. we still had to *try* it, but we weren't forced to eat a bunch.

My dog won't eat the food she likes?

Dogs don't exactly get tired of their food. In fact, mines loves his sooo much that at first, he ate them as treats. Is it possible that maybe that food is old or expired? I would call my vet. on this one, as it could be something a little bit serious. Though, she could just be in stress, in heat, upset stomach, or if the weather is too warm , she might stop eating for a few days. But, unless your vet, gives you the OK, don't switch her food, as this may upset her stomach more. Dogs are not stupid, so if food is available, she wont starve herself. Don't sweat it, but if this continues for much longer, then i would consult your vet., as something serious could be wrong.

Mortgage Cancelled - Changed Jobs?

I have been with my current employer over 3.5 years. Recently, I signed a contract on a condo and applied for a mortgage. The mortgage was supposed to close more than a week ago. Due to an inefficient processor, the close was delayed and is scheduled for this Friday. The problem is I start a new job on Monday. The lender/ processor called to verify my employment today and instead of HR simply saying yes she works here they told the lender of my impending resignation. So what I though was a mortgage that was CTC has been reopened. Underwriting is saying that they require 30 days of salary for a new job. I provided them with a copy of my offer letter. My issue is my salary is stable, Im just changing employers. Nevertheless, 30 days means Im screwed and have lost the house. No real question, just venting. Hey there, I was wondering if it was just me who felt this way about my high school. Do you feel like the classes that graduated 3-5 years ago were so much better than the ones that are already there/coming up? I live in the south in a suburb of our capital city (not a great one) and a lot of the kids from that city come to our school because it's one of the best public schools in the state, which I have no problem with but a lot of the kids just totally lack respect for the teachers or any of the programs at the school, also I have noticed a lot of the girls coming up are a lot more skanky (I didn't know how to put that nicely..) But like they are in 7th grade and wear a full face of makeup to school and have already lost their virginity. When I was in 7th grade I wrote pretend books with my friend and climbed trees.. And it's like every girl I speak to has something nasty to say about another girl who *I thought* was their friend? Our test scores are going down and a lot of our really good teachers are quitting and I can't help but feel down about it.. I had a Motorola Devour phone for about two months and then one day I turned it on it shown the Motorola logo on the phone. It wouldn't change and would stay like that. I would charge the phone and instead of the charging picture, it would be the logo. I took it to the Verizon store and they sent me a new Motorola Devour phone. I have that one for about a year now and I recently rebooted the phone. Editing audio in Windows Movie Maker Live?

I inserted a video, and the audio is terribly out of sync. I need to sync up the audio, but there isn't a separate track for audio and video unless I add my own music. But the reason for this is that the free market is the most adaptive system of providing for consumer demands that we know of. But consumer demands are skewed sharply in favor of the wealthy, whereas the poor are left in poverty, and the distribution of income is flawed to begin with, since the rich capitalists receive more income than they reasonably worked for, the working class are exploited, making less than they deserve, and the unintentionally unemployed are simply left out of the equation altogether, not even given the chance to take part in the system. My point being that, from a human, moral standpoint, if this system gears production towards that of luxury goods for the rich, and fails to allocate enough goods to the working poor, which is clearly not a goal of society as a whole, wouldn't this be an inefficient allocation of society's resources? Wouldn't a reasonable redistribution of income be necessary, at least just enough to provide a lower limit to the livings standards of the working class?

Sometimes on a page some words are not words. Other times the entire page is affected. They are boxes with numbers and letters in them. A square a little bigger than a capital letter with four numbers and/or letters. Two on top of each other. Firefox has the numbers and letters while ie and Chrome just have the boxes. Mini-Split Ductless Air Conditioning vs Replacing Existing AC in Condo?

I live in a 1br condo with one of those combination gas furnace/AC Magic-Pak units. The AC part of the unit is no longer working, which means the whole unit has to be replaced. My turtles super feeding frenzy?

I have two red-eared sliders, one 6 years going on 7, and another almost a year old. During the past 2 weeks they devoured almost all of their use-to-be-feeder fish. These fish we have had in our home for a few years, some got really big, the two turtles never use to touch them. THen in the past few weeks they all started disapearing, they would kill and only half eat the fish. I remove the fish that have been in the tank for a day incase no one gets sick. If he is horkin down food, he is probably regurgitating some of the feed and its sticking. My geuss would be there are pellets in the feed and they are dry and sucking up moisture and expanding some before he regurges em so hes 'coughin' a little louder cause he has to bring em up. As long as he is eating and happy and nothing is coming out of his nose he should be fine. Double check the water cause they will not touch anything with poop or dirt in it :)

Why is Ethanol in gasoline?

I talked to someone who has a degree in chemistry and is also an engine mechanic and he said that ethanol is more expensive, has less energy per given volume than gasoline, takes more energy to manufacture it than you can get out of it, and can eat up rubber seals and make your gas mileage worse. So my question is WHY the heck do they put ethanol in the gasoline in California if it makes the car run worse and it makes the price of corn more expensive and it is more inefficient? I don't really see the benefit in using it.

Engine stalls while driving.?

I'm currently driving my dads Mazda 6 which is a standard. To begin with there is a knocking sound from the engine (not particularly the engine but in that area) within certain rpms per gear. Today tho I turned on the car and while usually the car revs up to 2krpm at ignition then falls down to roughly 700rpm at idle...this morning it revved up to 2krpm and stayed there as if I had my foot on the gas. On the way to work about 10 minutes of stopping at stop signs and making turns in 3rd gear (still going only 20 or so mph I feel the higher gears help fuel economy.) I was at a stop light and I put the car in neutral sat for a few mins then green light first gear and the car stalled...I thought to myself silly me mustve been careless (I never stall) but when i went to turn into my work in 2nd gear the car started to jump...as if the gear was too low....after work I drove home and I noticed when I take my foot off the gas the rpms fall to literally 0....and no engine sounds...but if i switch gears the car jerks and keeps going ( i assume this is "popping the clutch" tho i dont know exactly how to do that) Then my car actually started to stall in 2nd gear power steering out and even the "stall lights" (oil lamp and such) would come on. Any ideas? Its annoying and very inefficient to keep turning the car back on. Also it rained today could that be a factor to something?

either your trolling or your one of the most sophisticated and mature 9th graders ive ever heard of. Frankly i agree with your parents and urge you to reconsider and attend partys and your end of the year celebration. I understand how you feel about partying, dating and socializing that is not beneficial to you. However it is beneficial to your growth as a teenager, though you may already be mature for your age these milestones and experiences are things that help you mature and give you life experience that is beneficial to you. Especially dating even if your not looking to be married soon sometimes relationships in high school do work out to last for a long time and eventually into marriage. Both of you sharing first time experiences that other wise could be regretted later on because they were not with someone you trusted. Also going to partys and socializing with different groups and people in general give you the basis on how to handle dealing with different people. What to say and do in different situations that may show up later on in life as well as the fact that these are the times in your life that you are supposed to go out and experience new things with friends and make memories. Take it from someone who did what you did and focused on studying more rather than getting out and taking part in stuff like this. Youll look back and regret not celebrating with your peers, or going to prom, or going to partys. Because once you get older its harder and a lot less likely for you too be able to experience these things when you want too. So let loose and have fun because studying all the time and worrying about exams will stress you out and going out having fun will help you maintain stress levels and unwind relaxing you giving you the ability to do better and think clearer during exams.

Don't feel that way since you didn't get a job. My brother has been feeling the same way right now because he has been looking for a job and no one will accept him:(. But the truth is that nobody has been able to find jobs lately. Its the economy and you can't blame yourself for it. Even the smartest and most hard working people can't find jobs. I know its hard and you feel bummed out and like you can't do anything, but honestly its not your fault. No. XXXXX-XXXX)" I have a feeling it might have something to do with the fact that in the "payment due date" field, it says N/A. does this mean I can't make a payment until the due date is announced? Can i not pay it off early normally, or is this just because i haven't gone through my first billing cycle yet? am I screwed and will I always have to pay interest? My mother said if you pay it off before the due date then you don't get charged interest... So I got a credit card to build my credit... but I don't want it if interest is completely unavoidable.

It's not a bad start. I especially liked the setting that you established. You have a few spelling and grammar issues, but those are easy to resolve. Also, your sentence structure is very repetitive; you start many of your sentences with "I", which gets tiring after a while. As for the story itself, it's not bad, maybe just a little cliche (lonely girl with hardly any friends is a stereotypical character in YA lit). You might try to make it more out-of-the-ordinary. Don't be afraid to mix-in completely unique scenarios and characters. That's what will make your audience want to read more. Stick with it!

consuming raw eggwhites has its problems... but for the most part why not eat solid foods for nutrition such as steak, chicken, and vegetables... cuz u cant sit there and tell me that if u dont eat vegetables ur gonna have more success... the nutrients in green leafy vegetables as well as antioxidents are something you cant avoid, and especially if ur trying to gain weight vegetables are what you need... milk is good, eggs are good, sugar is not... u gotta eat more carbohydrates as well... that way u will get to ur caloric goal easier.

LOL. E-Cars have not been accepted by the masses, and probably will never unless range between charges and initial cost is improved. Even with government subsidies taking our tax dollars and giving it to dealers they can't sell many. Now we have plenty of fuel cheaper than $5.00. I have a few siblings, oldest is 10 and youngest is 7.
