Do Americans think that Korean education system is fine?

Hi, i'm Korean and juvenile. a few months ago, president obama said that the americans will emulate korean education. and i of course realizing that president obama mentioned not system but zeal. anyway i want to know that americans think like my question. If you people think like that. I want to say that the korean education is inefficient, expensive, and rooted by system of just memorizing. and i add some more, environment and students are suck too. today, there's no proceed during 30 years i think. and can i ask one more? How many americans can speak french or spanish? i'm studying three language simultaneously. sorry about my English fluency.
