Why do wind farms produce much less power than claimed, circa 10% of capacity for more than a 1/3 of the time?

I doubt that you would ever have Reuters report a study like this. First that would show they were wrong. Second, it would be attacking their own. It is symbolism over substance. You cannot do harm the symbols of the left regardless of the consequences, it seems.
